According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Captain America: Brave New World” is undergoing a set of reshoots that will add more of certain characters to the mix. They include Giancarlo Esposito’s currently unnamed character and more of Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson, who will be leading this epic next phase in Cap’s life.
Rosa Salazar’s bright pink hair, which leaked to the public thanks to behind-the-scenes pictures, is also new to the picture. The actor will likely be playing the pink-haired Diamondback, a friend and foe of the original Captain America, Steve Rogers, in the comic book world. What her Marvel Cinematic Universe storyline would be remains to be seen, since the MCU has made quite a few changes to Steve’s story.
Harrison Ford, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson, and Danny Ramirez have also been present during these reshoots, which will last for 22 days and be helmed by director Julius Onah. “Captain America: Brave New World” will be released to theatres sometime in 2025.
